Launched a new brand with 6 apps, end to end
I worked with Oana on launching a new brand with 6 apps under it, each one built from the same system but distinct enough to stand on its own. She handled it end to end: the design system itself, the product UI and UX, the component library, icons, App Store assets, landing pages, email design & HTML, plus the social and explainer materials around all of it.
She arrives with options rather than one answer, adapts and moves fast when you need her to, and leaves files organised that anyone can pick up the work.

A designer who makes teams and products better
It was a pleasure working with Oana at Vitals. As the engineering manager, I worked closely with her, and so did every engineer on my team.
She took a startup from basically zero UI/UX to having a proper brand, a design system, and clear guidelines for how we build user-facing features. She always stuck to good UX practices and thought about the different personas using the product.
She was very hands-on with the engineers and got involved in actually implementing the designs, not just handing them off. She was easy to work with in feedback sessions and always came with multiple versions, whether it was wireframes or polished designs.
One thing that really stood out was how she thought through the edge cases users could run into, usually before we hit them in development. I'd happily recommend her to any product team.
